Shipping and handling is included in the retail price when shipping within the Continental US (48 States). Simply place the item(s) in your cart and select the 'Free Shipping' option when checking out.

We apologize, but we do not ship Internationally at this time.
Guarantee & Return Policy
Each photograph is custom-printed, carefully inspected, and shipped after you place your order. Doing so allows us to exert complete control over the process to ensure that your print looks exactly as it should.
If you are not completely delighted with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day guarantee. We will refund you the value of your print (shipping costs excluded). Please note, only prints returned in their original condition in which they were received will be refunded. Simply notify us and return the print in its original packaging along with the invoice.
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us via email by using the web site contact form and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In the event your print became damaged or lost during shipment due to courier’s responsibility or improper packaging, we will replace the print at no cost.
NOTE: Moments In Africa recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Moments In Africa or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, YOU will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping for all returns.
