How is the print size determined?

Each fine-art print size refers to the longest side of the finished product. The sizes available for each print will vary depending on the format of the individual photograph. All unframed prints are printed with a border of one inch or more.  Your professional framer knows how to adapt the framing and handle the print with less risk of damage.

What finishes are available?

All prints are printed on Moab Slickrock Metallic Pearl Paper.  Other sizes and finishes may be available; contact us to discuss the possibilities.  

How do I place an order?

To order any print, visit our online gallery where you will be able to view all our photographs. Once you select your favorite image, select the color or black & white version. The price will automatically display and you will be able to add your fine-art print to your shopping cart.

  •  Remember, shipping partner (UPS) requires a physical address, residence or business. Please specify a delivery address where someone can sign for receipt of the shipment.

If you wish to place your order offline, just contact us and we will be happy to get back to you by email or by telephone.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.

NOTE:  Debit cards and check cards may have daily spending limits that could delay the processing of your order substantially.

All card transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Moments In Africa will not receive, record or store any information concerning your credit card.

When will I be charged?

Your credit card will be charged for the print costs after you checkout from the shipping cart.

What are your shipping charges for the United States?

  • Orders ship Free of Charge within the 48 states.
  • Contact us regarding shipments to Alaska and Hawaii 

How will my order be packed?

Our fine-art prints are made to order and fully inspected.  Prints are shipped unframed and are not matted or mounted.

All prints are professionally packed and shipped flat.

  • The print is placed inside a clear protective sleeve.  

How will my order be shipped?

SHIPPER

All images are sent insured from our door to yours using UPS Ground (United Parcel Service). When your print is dispatched, we will advise you of a tracking number for your reference and you will also receive an electronic invoice of the completed order.

PROCESSING TIME

Print orders are normally shipped within one week of your date of purchase. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for the print to arrive via UPS Ground. 

At the present time we do not offer framing and we do not ship internationally.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to our order, please contact us immediately and have your order number ready.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, we are unable to:

  • Process changes or cancellations for items that have already shipped.
  • Add items to your order, or substitute items;  you will have to place a new order.

How do I track my order?

When you order through our web site, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your order by email with the UPS shipping tracking number.

Will the watermark show on the print I purchase?

The watermark visible across the prints displayed on our online web site is for copyright purposes only; the watermark will not be visible on your print.

Sharing Your Information

We collect certain information (such as your name, address, phone number, credit card number and email address) you provide when you agree to purchase a photograph, or elect to sign up for our e-mail newsletter.

We will use your contact and payment information to process your transaction including email confirmation of said order or follow-up with you by e-mail or phone regarding your order as necessary. 

Moments In Africa will not sell or otherwise disseminate any information about our customers to any other parties or organizations including marketers.  We will however use your provided information pertaining to your order to process it as such with other vendors who perform certain duties on our behalf such as payment processing and delivery services. These companies use your information to complete your transaction and have their own privacy policies in place regarding the treatment of your information.
