HOURS OF OPERATION

If you would like product and pricing information, the Moments In Africa team is available to assist you through our web support portal Monday through Friday, 9am until 5pm Central Standard Time.

PAYMENT METHODS

Moments In Africa allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below.  Please read our payment method policy carefully before you place your order.

CREDIT, DEBIT AND CHECK CARDS

Moments In Africa prefers payments by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Debit cards and check cards may have daily spending limits that could delay the processing of your order substantially.

Moments In Africa requires the credit, debit, or check card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the back of your card (if Visa or MasterCard) or on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express).

SALES TAX

In addition to the price of your purchases, Moments in Africa will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed.  Moments in Africa (Personal Quest, LLC) does business in the state of Texas, and will collect sales taxes for all purchases originating in this state.

TAX-EXEMPT ORDERS

If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please contact Moments In Africa through the web support portal.  Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate.  Moments In Africa does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.

ORDER PROCESSING

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and print production time and does not include transit time.  Moments In Africa does not begin payment processing until Moments in Africa receives all the information that it needs and full payment.

Moments In Africa will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Moments In Africa ships all products from Houston, Texas.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

NOTE: Moments In Africa recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Moments In Africa or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, YOU will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping for all returns.

COPYRIGHT AND LEGAL ISSUES

The print you purchase is a work of art for you to display on your wall and enjoy as an article of beauty.   The copyright and licensing rights to the image remain with the artist and Moments In Africa.   You may not allow the photograph to be reproduced or exhibited at any time for commercial purposes by you or by any third party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

(a) Moments In Africa (Personal Quest, LLC) shall not accept any liability to the Customer for loss or damage.

(b) For the avoidance of doubt, in no event, shall Moments In Africa’s liability ever be greater than the purchase price of the product in dispute.

(c) By purchasing a Moments In Africa product you have accepted these terms and limitations.
